Polish Underfolder Flat - Top Rail Bent and Trimmed

These flats are made from 4130 annealed steel as well as the rails. Some rails may be black oxided to prevent rust, but no rails will be heat treated when shipped.

The Polish Underfolder is the most popular underfolder parts kit and this was the first specialty flat that I had perfected by modifying existing flats in 2004. A few years later I had my own flats made from scratch and fixed the problems with the original flats. Now they have their "improved flats" which caused even more problems than they supposedly fixed.

Be sure to look at the flat instruction page to see what needs to be done to finish these flats after bending. The rails don't have any holes in them for the center support or bolt guide rails so they can be place where you want them. The hammer pin and trigger pin holes are undersized to fight the distorted holes at the bottom of the receiver for the trigger pin hole and need to be reamed to make them perfect.

This flat will not work with the Yugo M70, Yugo M92, Hungarian AMMS or Romanian underfolder rear trunnion.
