This Commander-style hammer for the browning Hi-Power is a combination of the best design features from 3 different styles of Browning hammers. The size of the ring has been reduced to be the same as on a Colt Commander hammer and has been raised as high as possible. This eliminates hammer bite for most people. Our hammer has been fully machined from 4140 steel and hardened to 47 Rockwell. This hammer meets or exceeds factory specifications. Please do not be fooled by other products on the market.
