US made barrel nut which may or may not be considered a 922r part, but in case it is ever questioned then you are covered. The size of this part was taken from a Romanian underfolder parts kit and looks very close to a Russian nut off of a milled front end. Threads are 14-1 left hand. Fully CNC'd from Billet Steel.
