After shooting my Ruger NMV's for 5 years in cowboy competition and having countless hammer slips requiring going all the way back around and losing too much time, I decided to take the plunge and ordered kits for both guns. Installation on the 1st gun was a snap. Direct parts replacement with no problems. Easy. Got the 2nd gun back together, and the hammer would not fully lock back. Instructions explained this. A very little filing on the 2nd step of the pawl and it was working great. About an hour to do both guns. Don't know why I waited so long.
