Taurus Scope Mount Weaver style

Taurus Revolver Scope Mount WEIG-A-TINNY® Style fits Weaver and Picatinny Retrofits medium and large frame Taurus revolvers with factory adjustable sights. Requires drilling and tapping two 6-40 holes through the top strap. Extra large recoil lug prevents scope movement even on magnum caliber's. Accepts all Weaver and Picatinny style rings and accessories. NEW design (9/24/2015) to address the TAURUS revolver top strap variations. We are using two 8-32 Brass socket set screws (supplied) as the front supports of the mount. After drilling and tapping your revolver you install the mount as usual and adjust the two set screws to touch the top strap then tighten the attaching screws. This allows for the top strap to have any radius or height and the scope mount will still attach with no modifications. 4-1/2" in length, 6061 T-6 Hardened Aluminum, available in black or silver matte anodized finish, weight 1.3 ounces. Attaching screws are 6-40, set screws are 8-32 Brass and all are included.
